Killer 1950s varsity jacket, patched to 2266th, I’m assuming some sort of military or cadet sports team. Lovely popper button front fastening, in a striking blue with yellow trim and d shaped pockets. Manufacturer label is Empire. It’s also cotton not wool making it lighter to wear year round and also washable!
Condition
In great vintage condition. This piece is around 65 years old.
We consider wear and repairs part of the garments story but “flaws” of note are -
Sone chips to the popper buttons paint And light fade / marks around neckline.
