The 2nd pattern jungle shirt from the US Military is considered the rarest given its short amount of time in production. Dating from the 1960s, it is the Classic 4 pocket design we all recognize, but still has the epaulet, side adjusters and shiney buttons altered out of the later designs. Also produced in cotton poplin unlike the later more common ripstop variants. This one’s ‘been there’ and has a bunch of field repairs and has faded out to the best colour.
Condition
In great vintage condition. This piece is near 60 years old.
We consider wear and repairs part of the garments story but “flaws” of note are -
replacement back panel repair, bunch of small field repairs and replacement buttons to pockets.
Please study all photos provided and request any extra pictures if required.
