Garment Repair

How It Works
Pricing and Payment
Please provide honest and clear photographs of the garment requiring repair. The quoted price is a provisional estimate based on this, and I reserve the right to adjust the quote upon receipt and inspection of the item in accordance with the complexity of the work. We will also give advice and quote if we think the item would benefit from work in addition to what you have initially specified.
Once an item is received, you will be invoiced before work is undergone. All payments must be completed before work on an item begins.
Your item
Please ensure that before shipping to us that your garments are Cleaned and dry. This is not just for Hygiene, but to ensure a better colour match can be made, and weaker areas of fabric can be identified. Failure to do so can result in return of goods.
Shipping
Once you have had your initial quote and filled in the Repair Form, Please send your item to -

We take no responsibility for the item during transit both to and from us. We only ship via signed for methods and recommend you do the same. You will be charged for return postage and packaging.
If you are sending from overseas, please mark the customs value at below £20(GBP) and be aware that if you want it insured to a certain value for return shipping you may have duties to pay.
PLEASE NOTE
Our work is among the best in our field, but repairs are not permanent and the longevity of the repair will differ depending on many factors. Given we specialise in Vintage & Antique garments there are many factors that vary. We take no responsibility for items after we have completed our work.
Timescale
Time for completion of work will always vary. If you need your garment returned by a deadline, please make this clear in initial quote and you will be advised if this is possible.
