Very rare 1952 pattern British combat smock. This is the first pattern and These were only made in the windproof gabardine during the first year of production before changing to the heavier cotton sateen that are commonly seen. Beautiful tailoring, multi stitch collar, and brass zipper. Also has a USMC stamp on the pocket which is really cool meaning it was likely traded with an American solider! This one’s ‘been there’ and has a bunch of repairs completed by us and has faded out to the best colour.

Condition

In great vintage condition. This piece is over 70 years old.

We consider wear and repairs part of the garments story but “flaws” of note are -

Bunch of repairs throughout, fades and wear as seen!

Please study all photos provided and request any extra pictures if required.
