Great US Military M1951 parka from the 1950s. this is the rare 1st model and is dated to 1951 and made by empire sportswear! Oversized to fit over all kit, it features a heavy cotton sateen shell with lovely leather reinforcements on the drawstrings and the large buttons with the slight sheen. Chunky original talon zip functions smoothly. Great design which still translates well now!

In great vintage condition. This piece is over 65 years old.
Couple Light marks / nips as shown. Small neat repair to tail but in really great Nic considering how mashed up these usually are!

Size marked medium, these are made oversized and have drawstrings at both waist and hem so you can make fit how you like.
Measures approximately 28.5” armpit to armpit, 23” across the shoulders, 41” back of neck to base, 22” pit to cuff and 25” shoulder to cuff. All measurements are in inches, if you are unsure about fit and if you require further measurements please just ask.
